Husband kills wife’s lover. Wife charged!

Now this is an unusual twist to the typical story of the husband coming home from work to find his wife having sex with another man. Usually the story goes something like this…

Wife has an affair.
Wife invites lover over to have sex.
Husband comes home earlier than usual, catches wife and lover.
Husband kicks lover ass, then gets charged with assault.

This time however, things went down a little differently when the husband arrived home!

This story happens in Arlington, Texas and goes a little someting like this…

Tracy Denise Roberson, thinking her husband would be out all night for his usual Poker night, invited her lover Devin LaSalle over to her house so that she could feel his “warm embrace” among other things.

What she didn’t expect was for hubby to fold his cards early then return home, only to find wifey in her robe and underwear and her lover Devin rolling around in Devin’s pick-up truck.

Now Tracy Denise Roberson has already proven that she’s not the brightest bulb in the box, but what she does next solidifies her place in the Dumbass Hall Of Fame.

When caught red-faced and swollen lipped with the UPS employee Devin and his package, Tracy did the unthinkable, she yelled, “RAPE!”

Darrell Roberson being the gun-carrying protective husband that he is, did what any other gun-carrying husband would do if he caught what he thought was his wife being raped. He pulled out his gun and shot at Devin as Devin tried to take off in his pick-up truck. One of the bullets struck the 32 year old UPS employee in the head, killing him instantly.

The grand jury decided to not charge the husband with murder, the charge the police put on him when arrested. Instead, they have charged Tracy Denise Roberson with manslaughter and making a false report by telling police that she was raped.

Crazy huh? Texas law allows a defendant to claim justification if he has “a reasonable belief that his actions are necessary, even though what they believe at the time turns out not to be true.” So this means that the husband was justifed in shooting Devin, even though he should have been pistol whipping his wife for 1)cheating on him and 2)lying about beign raped.

Methinks she have her own experiences with rape once she gets jailed. I’m pretty sure a big ass woman named Beth is going to introduce her to what being taken by force is all about. I’m willing to bet that Tracy will never again cry wolf!

Having an affair? Make sure you aren’t a skydiver!

I could not believe this story. Talk about taking your affair to new heights!

“A married woman who was having an affair with a fellow skydiver plunged 13,000ft (4,000m) to her death after her love rival and best friend tampered with her parachute, police say. Els Van Doren, 37, fell to earth in a garden in front of a group of onlookers. Els Clottemans, 22, has been charged with her murder.”

Wow. Apparently Ms Clottemans found out that Ms Van Doren was having an affair with some stud name Marcel. Police say that there is evidence that Ms Van Doren’s parachute was tampered with. Experts say that it is highly unusual for one parachute not to open, but for both of them to fail is “virtually unheard of”.Pretty ballsy if you ask me. The again, Ms Clottermans was also previously charged for trying to run over her American boyfriend AND she is said to be suffering from a personality disorder and is receiving treatment.

I don’t know about this Marcel guy, but if I were him, I’d put as much distance between himself and Ms Crazy Clottermans before he either gets run over or his parachute doesn’t open.

The moral of this sad story? If you are going to cheat on your lover with a fellow skydiver, make sure to pack your own parachute or keep your cheating ass on the ground!!

Pepsi exec tries to have cyber affair, gets extorted and then gets fired. Merry Christmas!

So much for the rich getting all the breaks in life.

Pepsi Bottling Group executive Gary Wandschneider was fired last Thursday, another chapter in this tragic story.

Seems like Gary was using Craigslist, a popular classified-type website, to search for young women to have an affair with. Problem is, while he was trolling internet personal ads for a woman to have an affair with, 22-year-old Jessica Wolcott was searching classified ads looking for a rich executive to grab some money from.

Talk about a match made in cyber-heaven.

Gary Wandschneider had been with the Pepsi Bottling Group for over 24 years, working his way up from production manager. By all accounts, the 54-year-old multimillionaire husband and father of three was a “good man”. Even good people make mistakes right?

Jessica Wolcott has been around it seems, having made waves not only on craigslist but also with the fine people over at Prosper.com, an online marketplace for people-to-people lending. Jessica and her mother had created identities there, complete with some juicy photos.

Seems Jessica, who claims to be a part-time model for Pantene Pro-V, had some business ideas that she wanted some money for. On one hand, she was smart enough to go to the people over at prosper.com for help. The stupidity begins when she decides to create the cheater_eater@hotmail.com account name and begins her hunt.

Gary Wandschneider got all caught up in the “seductive” brunette’s game and after the exchange of a few emails and photos, Gary and Jessica met up in a bar in NY.

Once there, she began shaking him down for $125,000 by threatening to tell his wife, children and bosses he was trolling the Internet for women. “I’m sure this will be an unpleasant surprise. I’m sure when your wife finds out that you’ve been looking for a fill-in for her … it will be unpleasant for her, too,” Jessica told Gary, who must have realized in that exact instant, that his life would never be the same.

Gary made his first smart move in this saga, he called the FBI who began tracing and tracking down Jessica. The FBI then gave Gary the $125,000 to give to her, then set up a sting operation to arrest her. Jessica Wolcott plead guilty and is now out on bail awaiting sentencing.

The moral of this story? Don’t cheat on your wife or else it may cost you dearly. Gary Wandschneider has lost his job, his reputation and might even lose his family after all this. Why? He needed something he wasn’t getting at home. Needed it so bad he wanted to risk it all for the sake of getting it.

Perhaps he should have talked to his wife about his needs? Perhaps she could have met them so that Gary wouldn’t have had to search elsewhere for whatever was missing?
